IT Certificates as Transfer Credit
If you have earned an IT Certificate, you may be able to use it to fulfill credit here at CSU-Global (see the chart below). You may be required to provide an official transcript or a copy of the IT Certificate (with a date) in order to have these credits applied. Please contact your student advisor with additional questions about this process.
Certificates must have been earned within the last 10 years. If the certificate you earned is older than 10 years, please provide proof of re-certification within the last 3 years. They also must be ACE or NCCRS approved. If you are unsure if your certificate is approved by those certifications, please reach out to them directly. Their websites are:
http://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseaction=browse.main&firstLetter=A (Please ensure the training is listed; while an organization may be listed as ACE approved, they may not have their courses, trainings or credentials reviewed).
Please Note: A screen shot of the Certificate completion will not be accepted
