Problems setting up tutoring?

If you have submitted a request for tutoring or feedback through Smarthinking and have not heard anything back from your request, it may be because you need to complete your profile within Smarthinking.  Below are steps on how to make sure your account is fully set up.  Completing these steps will help to prevent any issues with getting responses for tutoring requests.  

  • From within your course, click on the Smarthinking link
  • After being routed to the "System Check" page, choose the "Click here to continue" button at the bottom
  • Once you're on the Smarthinking home page, click on Student > Manage My Account

  • Click on "Profile" 
  • Complete your profile and save your profile information
