What is my catalog year?

Your catalog year refers to the specific academic catalog which was published when you first started your program.  That catalog will have all the specifics about your individual program requirements at that time.  New catalogs come out each trimester but students should always refer back to their original catalog with questions about their specific program, because you will continue using your original catalog (as long as you are an active student) even if a revised catalog is released.

To find which catalog year you are under:

  1. From your Student Portal, click on Degree Progress Details
  2. At the top right of the page, look for Program Requirements and you will see your catalog year along with other program requirements there

To find an electronic version of any catalog:

  1. Click on the Academic Catalog button at the bottom of the screen on the main page of your student portal
  2. Here you will find the most current catalog, as well as any past catalogs
