How do I prove that I'm a Colorado Resident?

To prove that you are a Colorado Resident, you will need to provide a copy of one of the following pieces of documentation, which must be dated within the last 6 months and have your name and Colorado address listed:

  • Income Sources (Pay Stubs, Social Security Check Stubs)
  • Utility Bills (Phone, Electric, Gas, Cable, Etc)
  • State Income Tax Documents (as full time resident)
  • Leasehold - Lease Agreements - Rent Receipts
  • Motor Vehicle Registration
  • Voter Registration Card
