Late Disbursements

Late Disbursements

If you are using Financial Aid for school, there may come a time when you receive an email regarding a late disbursement. A late disbursement is usually the result of one of the following situations:

  1.  You had financial aid awarded that you accepted late
  2. You submitted an application for financial aid (FAFSA) late
  3. Your grade level increased in the middle of your Academic Year
  4. An adjustment was made to your awards based on your attendance that trimester

If you decide to accept the late disbursement of Financial Aid then you will need to physically sign the letter that was emailed to you (electronic signature NOT accepted) and indicate how much of the aid you'd like to accept. You'll then need to return the letter to our Financial Aid department via email (financialaid@csuglobal.edu) or fax (720-249-0881)  within 14 days of receipt.

Please reach out to your Student Advisor with questions about this option or to determine your cost(s) for school
