Can I take graduate level courses?

You are only eligible to take graduate level courses (500-level) if:

  • You have completed a bachelor's degree AND
  • You have been admitted into a graduate program OR
  • You have been admitted into a graduate level certificate of completion program OR
  • You have been accepted into an undergraduate dual enrollment program

Undergraduate students enrolled in a regular B.S. degree program are not eligible to take graduate level courses, even to fulfill elective credit requirements.

If you feel like you meet one or more of these qualifications and want more information about starting a graduate program, please contact your student advisor.
