When is commencement?
Typically, we hold a Spring Commencement in June, and students will have the opportunity to participate virtually, or in person. Any current student who is on track to complete their degree by the end of the Spring Trimester will be eligible to participate.
You can find the specific details for the upcoming in-person ceremony on our commencement webpage. This page will be updated yearly when the details have been finalized. Both the in-person and virtual events will be streamed via YouTube Live and your friends and family can also attend virtually. All you have to do is share the link.
Students who register for this year’s events are encouraged to monitor their school email address and our commencement site for details and updates.
Note: There is a separate registration form if you want to participate in the commencement ceremony. You will want to click on the link on the homepage of your student portal called "Commencement Registration". Simply filling out your Application for Diploma does not register you for commencement.
**Please Note: If you completed a FERPA block as a Student at CSU Global, this will restrict us from printing your name in the Commencement Program. Please call your Success Counselor if you would like to have your name printed in the Program but have a FERPA block on your account.
