What Happens to my Refund if I Forgot to Select My Preference?
If no refund preference has been chosen, BankMobile will eventually default to sending a paper check to the address on file for you. This runs the risk of creating additional problems if the address is inaccurate or the check is never received.
That said, you are welcome to select your Refund Preference at any time if you haven't chosen one yet. You'll likely need a new BankMobile access code, which can be obtained by calling your student advisor and requesting a new one or by visiting refundselection.com and clicking on the "need a code" button. Be sure to be near a computer as the access code must be emailed and expires in a very short time window.
