BankMobile Personal Code
If you do not have your green packet for any reason, you can request a personal code drectly from BankMobile (go to www.refundselection.com and click on the "need a code" button) or you can request your advisor send you a new personal code. You will use that code to authenticate your account at www.refundselection.com
In order to request a code from your advisor please call (as opposed to emailing) so that we can verify your identity and keep your account safe. We also recommend that you are near a computer as the personal code expires in a short period of time.
