Application Periods: You must be registered in & apply for all courses that you plan to take in within the application period.

Fund Source Order of Application: For students receiving grants or or scholarships that are not designated for tuition only, those funds will first be applied to mandatory semester fees and course fees. Any remaining funds will then be applied toward tuition.

Pell Grant (fees, then tuition)
State Grants and Outside Scholarships (fees if allowed, then tuition)
Federal Tuition Assistance (tuition only)
Colorado National Guard Tuition Waiver (tuition only)
GI Bill (fees only)

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are not covered by the Colorado National Guard Tuition Waiver. If tuition waiver funds are already posted to your ledger card at the time of withdrawal, they will be reveresed and you will be responisble for the full balance.
