How do I prove that I'm a Colorado Resident?
To prove that you are a Colorado Resident, you will need to provide a copy of one of the following pieces of documentation, which must be dated within the last 6 months and have your name and Colorado address listed:
- Income Sources (Pay Stubs, Social Security Check Stubs)
- Utility Bills (Phone, Electric, Gas, Cable, Etc)
- State Income Tax Documents (as full time resident)
- Leasehold - Lease Agreements - Rent Receipts
- Motor Vehicle Registration
- Voter Registration Card
