Tuition Refund Policy
When you're registered for a class you have a period of 7 days from the first day of class to unregister or "drop" from the class with no financial obligation and nothing listed on your official transcript. This date is designated on the academic calendar as "last day to drop a class with a full refund"
When you drop a class the tuition charge that is currently on your account will fall off within 24 business hours. If you've already paid your tuition and decide to drop your class, CSU-Global will attempt to refund back to the payment method you used to pay it. If for any reason it is not possible to refund back to the original payment method, CSU-Global will issue a refund via check, mailed to the address on file after the drop date, and no more than 14 days after term census (term census is always the second Wednesday of the academic term.) If you need any support with your refund please contact student accounts to help with that.
Dropping from scheduled classes may impact your ability to receive financial aid. Undergraduate students must take 6 credits within a trimester in order to be eligible for student loans.
Dropping from scheduled classes may impact your graduation timeline.
