CSU-Global Honors
Graduate students who complete their degree with CSU-Global and have a GPA of 3.97 or greater will have a Distinguished Scholar honors designation when they receive their degree.
For graduate students, the cumulative GPA applies to coursework completed at CSU Global and does not include transfer work. Students who repeat courses for academic credit for D, F, and WA grades are ineligible for honors designation even if their ending GPA is within range. However if a student repeats a course for credit that had the grade of a W, they will be eligible.
Undergraduate students, please see Latin Honors.
If eligible for CSU-Global honors, graduate students can order honor cords through Jostens when ordering their cap and gown. Distinguished Scholar honors designation are displayed on students transcripts, diplomas, and at commencement.
CSU-Global has also partnered with a few other honors societies. If students are eligible for these honors societies, they will receive invitations with instructions on how to become a member.
