- Is the deadline to apply for a scholarship the same timeline each Trimester? For example, is the cutoff always 2 weeks prior to the start of the A term?
- Applications close the Sunday 2 weeks prior to the trimester start (A term)
2. When do scholarships reopen for application once the deadline has passed?
- Scholarships open the 2nd Monday of the prior trimester. Ex. The Fall 2024 applications opened the 2nd Monday of the Spring trimester
3. Are all students notified whether or not they were chosen or are only the chosen applicants notified?
- All students receive notification of their respective outcome
4. When are notifications sent out?
- Notifications are sent no later than the second Wednesday of the A term for the trimester being awarded. Typically we can get those notifications out sooner, but we do allow a window of processing time for our team
5. If awarded a scholarship, is it spread out over one Trimester or two?
- Trimester scholarships span two trimesters, unless of course the student is graduating then we will award just for the final trimester
6. Is there a point of contact should students have questions?

7. Do students have to be in Active status or can they be in Admitted status? Essentially, can a student waiting to start their first term with us apply for scholarships?
- Admitted students can apply and be considered equal to active students.
