Requesting Academic Accommodations

To register with Disability and Accessibility Services and request academic accommodations, please email or call 720-279-0650. We can either set up a phone appointment to review the process and required paperwork or we can send you information over email. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. However, at peak times, like term starts, our response time may be 2 business days.

This website reviews the required paperwork and you can download the forms you need. All paperwork can be emailed to our office at or faxed to 720-943-2863. A staff member from our office will send an email to confirm receipt of any paperwork received.

Once we receive all required paperwork, our office will complete a file review within 5 business days. Once the file review is completed, you will be notified of any approved academic accommodations or if any additional information is needed.  Accommodations are not retroactive in coursework – we recommend students submit their paperwork as soon as possible so that we can complete the file review.
