Requesting Academic Accommodations

To register with Disability and Accessibility Services and request academic accommodations, please email or call 720-279-0650. We can either set up a phone appointment to review the process and required documents or we can send you information over email. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. However, at peak times, like term starts, our response time may be 2 business days.

This website reviews the required documents and all the steps of the process. All documents are submitted through your Student Portal Document Center. Our office confirms receipt of documents within 1-2 business days. Once all documents are submitted, a file review to determine academic accommodations is completed within 5 business days. When the file review is completed, you will be notified over email of any approved academic accommodations or if any additional information is needed.  Accommodations are not retroactive in coursework – we recommend students submit their paperwork as soon as possible so that we can complete the file review.
