What happens if I don't meet Provisional requirements?

Provisional Requirements for Undergraduate Students 

To be eligible for full admission, provisionally admitted undergraduate students are required to:

  • Complete nine (9) credit hours within their first two consecutive trimesters
  • Earn and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher at the end of the second trimester
  • Earn an cumulative course completion rate of 66.66% or higher at the end of the second trimester

Provisional reviews will run at the end of your second trimester. If you are not meeting the standards above, you will be withdrawn.

Provisional Requirements for Graduate Students 

  • To be eligible for full admission, provisionally admitted graduate students are required to:
    • Complete six (6) credit hours within their first two consecutive trimesters
    • Earn and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher at the end of their second trimester
    • Earn an cumulative course completion rate of 66.66% or higher at the end of their second trimester

Provisional reviews will run at the end of your second trimester. If you are not meeting the standards above, you will be withdrawn. 

If you do not meet provisional requirements and you are withdrawn from the university you will need to wait 30 days before you are eligible to apply for re-admission.
