If you choose to opt-out of BankMobile, you will receive your refund via paper check directly from CSU Global. Please be aware the time to process this refund may be longer. As with all financial aid refunds, regulation allows CSU Global up to 14 days to send your refund to BankMobile or via paper check if you opt-out.
If you wish to opt-out of BankMobile, you will need to request the Third Party Opt-Out Request Form from your Student Finance Advisor, who will upload this document into your student portal.
