To access the Student Help Center, go to the Student Portal home page and select Student Help Center from the left-side menu. From here you will find detailed information on all of CSU Global's school policies, including student rights, academic expectations, enrollment status, credit and grading system, academic progress, financial services, financial aid, student payment, communication and privacy, technology, and Canvas and the online classroom.
If you can't find what you are looking for in the Help Center your student success counselor is your main point of contact at the university and can always help with questions or concerns.
