Classroom Behavior

Classroom Behavior

At CSU-Global, students are expected to respect the diversity of opinions amongst the instructor and their classmates and engage with them in a courteous and professional manner.

In the online classroom, students must maintain an environment between themselves, the instructor, and their classmates free from:
  • Harassment
  • Stalking
  • Threats
  • Abuse
  • Insults
  • Bullying
  • Coercion
  • Humiliation

This includes demeaning written or oral comments of an ethnic, religious, age, disability, sexist (or sexual orientation), or racist nature as well as unwanted sexual advances or intimidation by email, discussion boards and other postings within or connected to the online classroom.

Note: Students are required to abide by all University policies, rules, regulations, and responsibilities including Students Rights and Responsibilities, Student Code of Conduct, Sexual Harassment, and Policies for Student with Disabilities. Students agree to be subject to disciplinary actions as described in the Academic Catalog while also maintaining adherence to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
