Important Information:
When working with the collections agency, you will need your account number as stated on the letter you received notifying you of collections as well as your first and last name. You may pay your balance owed to the collections agency by credit card, ACH, or mail a check.
Both Williams and Fudge and ConServe will notify CSU Global of your payment once per month. On a case-by-case basis, our teams may be able to register you for courses within 72 hours of payment if we are able to confirm the payment directly with your collections agency. If this is something you need, please ensure you notify our team once your payment is made. Any holds placed on your account will remain and your balance with CSU Global will not reflect your payment until we receive official notification.
