Navigating Your Degree Progress: A Guide to the Conclusive Degree Auditing System
Understanding your path to graduation is essential for staying on track. The Conclusive Degree Auditing system provides a real-time, visual breakdown of your academic journey at CSU Global. Use this guide to master your audit and plan your future terms.
The Dashboard: Your Academic Overview
When you first log in, the Home Screen provides a high-level summary of your progress toward your Bachelor of Science.
The Progress Wheel: This shows your total percentage of completion toward the 120-credit requirement.
Status Breakdown:
Complete (Dark Blue): Credits you have already earned.
Scheduled (Light Blue): Classes you are registered for in future terms.
In Progress (Orange): Classes you are currently attending.
Bar Graphs: These break down your progress specifically for General Education, your Major, and your Electives.
Pro Tip: If you just registered for classes and don't see them reflected yet, click the little cloud icon at the top right of the screen to refresh and update your audit data.

Navigating the Full Audit
To see exactly which classes you’ve taken and what’s left, click "View full audit" at the bottom of the dashboard or click on any of the specific bar graphs.
Program Requirements Summary
At the very top of your full audit, you will see a summary of your program's "big picture" requirements. This includes your total credit count, your GPA (which must be 2.0 or higher), and specific residency requirements (credits that must be earned specifically at CSU Global).

Understanding Audit Symbols & Course Lists
As you scroll through the audit, pay attention to the status icons next to each requirement:
Green Check Mark: The item is fully satisfied.
Yellow Diamond: The requirement is currently in progress or scheduled.
Red X: The requirement is unsatisfied and still needs to be completed.
Identifying Needed Courses
Each section of your degree plan lists the specific courses required. To make it easy to see what’s left:
Bolded Courses: These are courses you have already completed, are currently in, or are scheduled for.
Non-Bolded Courses: These are the classes you still need to take.

General Education Sections
In General Education, the audit often lists many "Course Options." You do not need to take every class listed. You only need to fulfill the specific number of credits required for that section (e.g., "At least 2 courses required").

Elective Credits
The Electives section shows the total number of elective credits you still need to reach 120. Unlike your Major requirements, you have the freedom to pick any college-level courses that interest you to fill these slots.
